Cyber Intelligence and Threat Analysis Manager

About the role

The Cyber Intelligence and Threat Analysis Manager will lead the monitoring and analysis of cyber and fraud threats, delivering actionable intelligence to protect the bank’s assets and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the cyber/fraud threat landscape using open‑source channels, vendor feeds and industry information‑sharing groups.
• Produce timely, accurate and actionable intelligence reports on emerging threats and recommended actions.
• Conduct technical analysis of malicious or suspicious code to identify unique attributes for proactive defence.
• Identify and automate processes to improve collection, consolidation and dissemination of threat intelligence.
• Develop and maintain KPIs/KRIs for cyber/fraud intelligence and report on them regularly.
• Support the bank’s compliance with regulatory mandates such as SAMA CSF, CTI principles and NCA requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber‑Security, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with project‑management responsibilities.
• Preferred certifications such as SANS or GCTI.
