Cyber Security Manager

About the role

The Cyber Security Manager will lead the organization’s cybersecurity function, safeguarding systems, networks, applications, and digital assets against evolving threats. This senior role reports to senior leadership and works closely with IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure a resilient security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design and oversee enterprise‑wide security architecture, controls, and defense mechanisms.
• Manage vulnerability management programs, including assessments, penetration testing, remediation tracking and risk mitigation.
• Ensure continuous compliance with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) frameworks and related regulations.
• Lead incident response, breach management and recovery procedures.
• Oversee identity and access management (IAM), privileged access controls and user access governance.
• Direct network security architecture, segmentation, firewalls and related security technologies.
• Monitor emerging threats, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar senior security role.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex security projects.
