Generative AI Lead / Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead / Manager to shape and execute our enterprise-wide AI strategy. The role will drive the adoption of generative AI and machine‑learning solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and responsible AI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI strategies that support organizational goals.
• Lead enterprise AI/ML transformation initiatives, integrating advanced models into business workflows.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases and create roadmaps for implementation.
• Conduct AI model audits, validation, and governance assessments to ensure compliance, transparency and reliability.
• Establish and manage an AI & ML Center of Excellence, defining operating models, governance structures and reusable assets.
• Mentor AI teams, oversee end‑to‑end delivery of projects, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with sales and consulting teams to develop pre‑sales proposals and drive business development for AI opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading generative AI initiatives and AI transformation programs.
• Strong background in AI governance, audit, model risk management and responsible AI practices.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and run an AI Center of Excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Generative AI implementation expertise.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and large language model ecosystems.
