Event & Exhibitions Specialist

About the role

The Event & Exhibitions Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, and managing the company’s presence at real‑estate exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. The role ensures that each booth reflects the brand accurately, engages visitors effectively, and generates qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage the setup of company booths at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Prepare and arrange marketing materials, displays, and equipment in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Supervise booth staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure courteous visitor interactions.
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials, giveaways, and sales kits, and manage distribution during events.
• Troubleshoot operational issues on‑site to maintain smooth execution.
• Track and report event performance, leads generated, and visitor engagement for management review.
• Support post‑event activities, including dismantling, material storage, and documentation of lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing events, exhibitions, or trade‑show booths, preferably in real‑estate or property management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with clients.
• Physical capability to handle booth setup, including lifting and arranging materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with basic event management software.
