Public Relations Representative – Government Relations (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Representative to manage government relations and support operational needs for a growing real‑estate business in Saudi Arabia. The role combines liaison with authorities, employee‑service administration, and compliance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Process all government‑related transactions through Saudi platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad and Balady.
• Handle employee services including visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewal, sponsorship transfers, exit/re‑entry visas and final exit procedures.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure smooth business operations and maintain up‑to‑date licences, permits and registrations.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi labour law, immigration regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Support HR and administration functions related to employee documentation and government compliance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Public Relations Representative or Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and immigration procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and basic English.
• Valid Saudi driving licence is a plus.
