Fire Protection Engineer – Riyadh, Makkah, Khobar

About the role

We are looking for qualified Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join our expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves designing, reviewing, and supporting fire protection and alarm systems in line with NFPA, SBC, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design fire protection and fire alarm systems according to NFPA, SBC and relevant standards.
• Prepare engineering calculations, design reports, specifications and technical documentation.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, provide technical support during execution and ensure compliance with local authority requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and project close‑out activities.
• Identify engineering issues and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver assigned tasks on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in fire protection or fire alarm engineering.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international fire protection standards.
• Experience in engineering consultancy is preferred.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
