Fitness Instructor – Personalized Mindful Fitness

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Fitness Instructor to deliver personalized, mindful fitness experiences for resort guests. The role blends functional movement, strength training, cardio, and holistic techniques to support both physical health and mental wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions tailored to each guest’s fitness level, goals, and preferences.
• Integrate mindfulness and breathwork into workouts to enhance mental clarity and emotional balance.
• Lead a variety of group classes such as aqua fitness, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, dance, core and functional movement.
• Design customized individual and group programs that balance strength, mobility, and recovery.
• Collaborate with yoga and wellness teams to create integrated mind‑body programs.
• Maintain equipment and training spaces in clean, safe condition and follow all safety and local regulatory protocols.
