General Manager – E‑Commerce Fitness Apparel (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead Qynda’s end‑to‑end business operations for its online‑first fitness apparel brand. Reporting to the Vice President – Ventures, you will drive profitable growth, strengthen brand positioning and ensure operational excellence across e‑commerce, marketing, product and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L and revenue targets, develop growth strategies for GCC markets and explore new revenue streams such as B2B partnerships and marketplaces.
• Oversee website performance, UX and conversion optimisation; lead paid media across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to improve ROAS, conversion rate and average order value.
• Define and reinforce Qynda’s brand positioning, manage content, influencer and social media programmes aligned with product launches and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate on product selection, pricing, inventory planning and merchandising to maximise margin and sell‑through.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and vendor relationships to reduce stockouts and improve delivery timelines.
• Build and lead remote cross‑functional teams, set KPIs, drive accountability and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 7‑12+ years of experience in e‑commerce, D2C or direct‑to‑consumer brands with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to scale businesses in the GCC region.
• Deep knowledge of digital performance marketing and paid‑media funnels.
• Hands‑on experience in supply‑chain and inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership of remote teams and data‑driven decision making.
