Graphics Designer – Business Development & Proposals

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Graphics Designer to support its I+E Business Development and Proposals team in the Middle East. The role focuses on creating high‑quality, brand‑compliant visual assets and documents for pre‑qualifications, expressions of interest, and tender submissions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and refine presentations, brochures, project sheets, and other marketing materials with strong visual creativity.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end bid production, including gathering inputs, formatting, document control, and final compilation.
• Maintain and organise the bid library and filing system for pre‑qualifications, EOIs, and tender documents.
• Support the marketing and business development functions by keeping capability materials up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators, Managers, and Opportunity Managers to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Graphics Design, Marketing or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines and competing demands.
• Strong independent work ethic with attention to detail.
