Graphics Designer – BD/Proposals Support

About the role

The Graphics Designer will support the I+E Business Development & Proposals team by creating high‑quality, brand‑compliant visual assets and documents for pre‑qualifications, expressions of interest and tender submissions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphics and layout for pre‑qualification, EOI and tender packages.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end bid production, including formatting, document control and final compilation.
• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators, Managers and Opportunity Managers to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Create and maintain marketing and capability materials such as CVs, project sheets, brochures, presentations and bid libraries.
• Organise and manage the library of bid information and maintain filing systems for all proposal documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science or related discipline (preferred) or demonstrable equivalent experience in graphics design, marketing or administration.
• 2‑5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes under competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Independent work style with strong attention to client drivers and proposal requirements.
