Human Resources Partner

About the role

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for an experienced Human Resources Partner to support HR functions in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will provide comprehensive HR services, partner with leadership, and ensure compliance with KSA labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Coach employees and leaders on HR matters and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage confidential files, HR data reporting, and interpret HR metrics.
• Work independently to propose solutions and support strategic HR initiatives.

Required profile

• B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources or related field.
• Typically four years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes.
