Junior Sales & Marketing Associate – STM

About the role

McGraw Hill is seeking an ambitious early‑career professional to join its Science, Technical, and Medical (STM) portfolio team in Saudi Arabia. As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate you will help universities and higher‑education institutions discover and adopt digital learning solutions that improve teaching and student success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target universities, departments, and academic stakeholders to expand STM product reach across Saudi Arabia.
• Build relationships with faculty, administrators, and decision‑makers to raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Conduct market research and prospect analysis to support pipeline development and growth opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and faculty engagement sessions in collaboration with the regional sales team.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, workshops, awareness events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, presentations, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to align activities with strategic objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage academic stakeholders.
• Interest in supporting Saudi Arabia’s Saudization initiatives and developing local talent.
