Kids Club/Youth Club Entertainer

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking an energetic Kids/Youth Club Entertainer to join its recreation and entertainment team. You will create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for children and teenagers, supporting the resort’s luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and lead games, arts‑and‑crafts, workshops and themed activities for various age groups.
• Maintain safety, well‑being and supervision of all young guests at all times.
• Prepare activity spaces, equipment and materials before each session and ensure cleanliness afterwards.
• Adapt activities to suit different interests, abilities and age ranges while keeping engagement high.
• Build positive relationships with children, teens and their parents through friendly communication.
• Support seasonal events, entertainment programmes and resort activations.
• Handle minor behavioural issues calmly and professionally.
• Collaborate with recreation and entertainment teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children or teenagers in hospitality, recreation, education or entertainment.
• Strong focus on safety, health and hygiene standards.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun environment that encourages creativity and social interaction.
• Professional grooming and presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
