About the role

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Account Manager to drive growth of its hospitality building‑automation portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing and expanding key global hotel brand accounts, delivering tailored technology solutions, and ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account plans aligned with regional strategies to achieve short‑ and long‑term revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers in major hotel brands and consulting firms worldwide.
• Identify, pursue, and close net‑new opportunities, expanding share‑of‑wallet for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with portfolio, marketing, and go‑to‑market teams to co‑develop solutions and support regional sales efforts.
• Implement customer‑success initiatives to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention of Honeywell solutions.
• Provide consultative solution selling by translating customer requirements into integrated offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sales and account management within the hospitality or building‑automation sector.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with a focus on delivering value‑added solutions.
