Sales Manager / Account Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

LeoLabs is seeking a Sales Manager / Account Executive to drive growth of its radar‑based space situational awareness solutions across the Gulf Cooperation Council, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The role is customer‑facing, execution‑oriented, and involves building direct relationships with defense and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities for LeoLabs’ radar and mission‑sensing solutions throughout the GCC.
• Build and manage relationships with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, and national security agencies.
• Collaborate with system integrators, defense primes, and technology partners on bids and joint pursuits.
• Translate customer operational requirements into technical and commercial proposals in close partnership with internal teams.
• Maintain a regional opportunity pipeline, support forecasting, and provide regular reporting.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day commercial point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, customer mapping, and competitive analysis for the region.
• Represent LeoLabs at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of experience in defense, security, aerospace, or high‑technology government environments.
• Proven ability to engage senior defense and government stakeholders in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of regional defense priorities and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex B2G deals.
