Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics, warehousing and distribution across all BCR locations in Jeddah. The role focuses on ensuring timely, cost‑effective transportation, stock transfers and order fulfillment while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics, warehousing and distribution operations across all BCR sites.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective transportation, stock transfers and order fulfillment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Manage performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses and co‑packers.
• Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and logistics cost optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Finance and Quality teams.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, operational risks and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, promoting accountability and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and multi‑hub logistics operations.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
