Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the end‑to‑end logistics, maintenance, and inventory integrity of professional Audio Visual & Lighting (AVL) equipment and premium furniture assets. This position ensures that high‑stakes events and architectural projects receive the right equipment, on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a real‑time, digitized inventory of all AVL assets and furniture, implementing a strict Check‑In/Check‑Out process.
• Conduct quarterly full‑scale audits to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of equipment for large‑scale deployments, managing weight distribution and transport safety.
• Schedule drivers and manage a fleet of delivery vehicles to meet tight project deadlines.
• Supervise the “Prep & Pull” process, ensuring all components are packed according to technical riders.
• Oversee a technical bench for basic repair and cleaning of AVL gear and furniture, managing the “Red Tag” system for faulty items.
• Lead and train warehouse assistants and riggers in safe handling of sensitive electronics and heavy furniture.
• Enforce HSE standards, including proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and PPE, and optimise warehouse layout for efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably with AVL equipment.
• Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a small team and enforce safety procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for equipment issues and audit discrepancies.
