Marketing Manager – Healthcare Clinic

About the role

Eve Clinic, a leading multi‑specialty healthcare provider in Riyadh, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and patient engagement. The role is full‑time, on‑site and will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to promote the clinic’s services across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement.
• Manage campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO) and traditional channels (print, outdoor, events).
• Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical, operations, and sales, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to refine strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Build and nurture external partnerships to promote clinic services.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in digital, content, and social media marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent data analysis, performance metrics evaluation, and reporting skills.
• Creative ability in content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.
• Leadership, organizational, and project‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare or clinic sector is an advantage.
