About the role
Nestlé Waters KSA is looking for a proactive Brand Manager to drive brand competitiveness and market share for its water portfolio at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh Industrial Area. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop consumer‑centric strategies that align with volume, profit, and strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse consumer and shopper behavior at category and brand level to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and brief communication, packaging, BTL, digital activation and market research projects.
- Collaborate with DSP, CCSD, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Technical functions to ensure alignment of brand plans.
- Monitor brand performance, identify gaps and propose corrective actions to the Group Brand Manager.
- Lead product and packaging experiences that contribute to CSV initiatives.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑evaluation of communication actions, promotions and new product launches, applying learnings to future plans.
- Support the development of junior brand managers where applicable.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3–7 years of brand management experience in leading FMCG companies within KSA or GCC.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
