Marketing Specialist – Full-Time

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across its beauty and fragrance brands. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Assist in content planning and marketing communications.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and analyse results.
• Support events, activations and product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, beauty, fragrance or FMCG.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
