Cross-border E-commerce Marketing Specialist (Arabic Market)

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking E‑commerce Marketing Specialist to lead our cross‑border initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary bridge between our brand and Arabic‑speaking consumers, driving growth, content creation, and platform operations that directly influence sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Arabic content marketing across social media, ad copy, and promotional materials.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, listing optimization, and campaign planning on Amazon, Noon, and other major Arabic e‑commerce platforms.
• Design localized marketing strategies based on deep knowledge of Middle Eastern consumer behavior.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, ACOS, conversion rates) and continuously optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, customer‑service, and design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide actionable market insights.
• Participate in new product launch planning for the Arabic market, covering pre‑launch to peak‑sales phases.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication; Chinese is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, retail, or digital marketing, preferably in the MENA region.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, Noon, and other mainstream Arabic e‑commerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of the Arabic social‑media ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and user‑acquisition tactics.
• Basic data‑analysis ability to interpret marketing metrics and drive optimization.
