Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will drive sales growth and market penetration for our pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide tailored product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers using a relationship‑based approach.
• Demonstrate product features and assist customers in selecting the best solutions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with healthcare providers in the assigned market.
• Research and identify new customer opportunities and assess their potential.
• Prepare clear written proposals and quotations for customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and technical service.
• Analyze market potential and create customer value plans to maximize share.
• Provide regular oral and written reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and new product opportunities.
• Participate in industry conferences and conventions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field.
• Results‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong listening, persuasive, and time‑management abilities.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using contact‑management or CRM software.
