Procurement Specialist

About the role

Manage and execute procurement and supply activities efficiently and transparently, ensuring compliance with specifications, prices, and terms. Provide the company and project requirements on time with the best quality and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and ensure specifications, quantities, and approvals are complete.
• Source qualified suppliers, request competitive quotations and compare them based on price, quality, specifications, delivery time, and payment terms.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets and recommendations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in engineering consulting, contracting, or project‑based companies.
• Saudi national.

Required skills

• Preparing and analyzing quotations.
• Preparing commercial comparisons.
• Reading and understanding basic technical specifications.
• Knowledge of contract principles and commercial terms.
• Understanding of basic procurement risk management and compliance.
