Project Coordinator – ESG (PM315)

About the role

The ESG Project Coordinator (PM315) supports Halliburton’s rig projects by coordinating activities across multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs). Working under general supervision, the role ensures seamless execution, safety compliance, and performance optimization for single to multiple rig projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects involving three or more PSLs, following company policies and procedures.
• Lead regular performance review meetings, drive efficiency improvements, and oversee operational problem‑solving during execution.
• Champion Halliburton and customer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
• Verify equipment specifications, ensure third‑party rental/purchase equipment has current inspection and testing documentation.
• Conduct pre‑project execution exercises (e.g., Drilling Well On Paper) and post‑project close‑out meetings.
• Maintain Daily Operations Reports in OpenWells, focusing on productive time and NPT classification.
• Update and distribute the latest project procedures, evaluate PSL performance, and manage the Performance Optimization Plan.
• Resolve cross‑PSL issues with customers before final invoicing and document lessons learned for district and project leadership.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary rig projects with limited inter‑PSL dependencies.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and maintain professional discretion.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation and performance tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenWells for daily operations reporting.
