Reinsurance Broking Lead Specialist – Fiduciary

About the role

Guy Carpenter is looking for a Lead Specialist – Fiduciary to join its Fiduciary team in Riyadh. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office and is open to Saudi nationals only. The role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of re‑insurance broking and the chance to lead change‑management initiatives during system and process migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash receipts, disbursements of fiduciary funds and reconciliations, and respond to related queries.
• Support personal cash processing, fiduciary targets and KPI reporting using the CSS Dashboard and other tools.
• Prepare, record and report customer billing transactions from broker ledgers.
• Develop and maintain strong client and market relationships, providing value‑added service.
• Lead technical escalations, process improvements and act as the single point of contact for the team.
• Participate in business continuity planning, system release testing and audit activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in insurance/re‑insurance broking operations or finance, preferably in London, Asian or US markets.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Banking, Insurance or Finance (preferred).
• Proven ability to mentor and coach colleagues, manage workload and deliver change initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to acquire subject‑matter expertise quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In‑depth knowledge of re‑insurance concepts, fiduciary processes and market systems.
• Familiarity with RPA or other process‑enhancement tools.
