Restaurant Operations Manager

About the role

Food House Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead and enhance the performance of its restaurant portfolio in Riyadh. The role focuses on operational excellence, brand development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations and performance of assigned restaurant concepts, implementing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive improvements in sales, profitability, customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, and motivate management teams and frontline staff, fostering a performance‑driven culture.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health and safety standards, and Saudi regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on promotions, campaigns, and brand‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in fine‑dining, luxury hotels, premium lounges, or high‑end hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to improve restaurant performance, develop growing hospitality businesses, and manage large, diverse teams.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including sales, budgeting, labor and food cost management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) with deep knowledge of the Saudi hospitality and F&B market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
