RSNF Naval OPS Instructor

About the role

GovCIO is seeking an experienced RSNF Naval OPS Instructor to deliver comprehensive training on naval surface operations and related warfare areas, including Electronic Warfare. The role is based onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and involves both classroom instruction and on‑the‑job training for RSNF personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide managerial and instructional services for surface operations, maintenance, damage control, and general training.
• Analyze and update RSNF training schedules, delivery methods, and standards to ensure relevance.
• Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers with recommendations for training improvements.
• Instruct and facilitate basic and advanced courses such as Basic Officer Qualification, Electronic Warfare Introductory, Quartermaster Advanced Training, Navigation Officer Training, SAR Training, and CIC Training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience instructing students in military programs and certification as a military training specialist.
• Saudi national.
• Preferred: Former RSNF Naval Officer with a minimum of 6 years of shipboard naval operations experience.
