Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with Cartier’s service standards.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and deep product knowledge.
• Identify and convert clienteling opportunities by scheduling appointments and developing robust client profiles.
• Cultivate meaningful, lasting client relationships and strategically grow your portfolio.
• Execute targeted CRM actions to strengthen client connections and drive repeat business.
• Represent Cartier as an ambassador at client events and exclusive activations.
• Uphold operational compliance, manage stock accurately, and maintain impeccable boutique presentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative team spirit and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• Strong selling skills with a natural sense of service excellence.
• Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
