About the role
Join Cartier’s growing boutique in Riyadh as a Sales Associate, where heritage and innovation combine to create unforgettable client experiences. You will guide customers through the brand’s unique craftsmanship, building lasting relationships that reflect the excellence of the Maison.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences in line with Cartier’s service standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and deep product knowledge.
- Identify and convert clienteling opportunities by scheduling appointments and developing robust client profiles.
- Cultivate meaningful, lasting client relationships and strategically grow your portfolio.
- Execute targeted CRM actions to strengthen client connections and drive repeat business.
- Represent Cartier as an ambassador at client events and exclusive activations.
- Uphold operational compliance, manage stock accurately, and maintain impeccable boutique presentation.
- Contribute to a collaborative team spirit and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Required profile
- Strong selling skills with a natural sense of service excellence.
- Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
- Curiosity and product knowledge to engage clients and share the story behind each creation.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
