Join a dynamic expansion phase in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in the Interior Fit-Out and Construction sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying high-value opportunities and securing major contracts within the Kingdom's rapidly evolving landscape.
Missions principales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and construction sectors across KSA.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and designers.
- Generate high-quality leads through proactive networking, industry events, and market intelligence.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract award.
- Lead pre-qualification processes to ensure inclusion on approved vendor lists for major projects.
- Collaborate closely with estimation, design, and operations teams to deliver competitive and winning proposals.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, professional presentations, and complex contract negotiations.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular, data-driven progress reports to management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strategic advantage.
Profil recherché
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in business development specifically within the interior fit-out or contracting industry.
- A documented track record of securing major projects within the KSA or GCC markets.
- An established professional network of developers, consultants, and key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep understanding of the fit-out project lifecycle and complex tendering processes.
- Experience managing diverse portfolios including commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments.
