Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Masterworks is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end purchasing activities, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle based on business requirements, from requisition to purchase order issuance.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations and comparing them on price, quality, specifications and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and commercial conditions.
• Prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders, monitoring delivery and ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, receipts, purchase orders and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments for payments, approvals and procurement needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
