Spa Attendant

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join its luxury wellness team. The role focuses on maintaining pristine spa environments and supporting seamless daily operations, ensuring every guest experiences the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and wet facilities.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after guest sessions according to luxury spa standards.
• Ensure towels, linens, robes, slippers, and amenities are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor and replenish spa supplies, reporting shortages to management.
• Assist spa therapists by preparing equipment and amenities as required.
• Maintain safety, organization, and operational readiness of all spa facilities throughout service periods.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests regarding directions, amenities, and general requests.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures in line with spa protocols.
• Handle waste disposal and linen management according to operational standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, guest‑focused attitude with a team‑oriented approach.
