Strategic Account Manager – Fire & Life Safety Solutions

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager will drive sales of fire alarm, air‑sampling smoke detection and emergency/mass‑notification solutions across key verticals such as data‑center technology, hospitality and modular construction. This is a remote, field‑based position serving the Gulf region, with a focus on building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored account strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that generate incremental revenue for Edwards and Kidde Commercial brands.
• Identify, engage and nurture relationships with owners, C‑suite executives, corporate headquarters, consulting engineers, and general contractors.
• Collaborate with Edwards sales teams and channel partners to align solutions with customer needs.
• Adapt messaging and sales approaches to the distinct buying processes of each vertical.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to inform account strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic or key‑account management within fire‑safety, life‑safety or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision‑makers and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexibility to operate remotely across the Gulf region and travel as needed.
