Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Riyadh office and support hiring projects across the Middle East. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions, build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across Middle East markets, from role briefing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Source, screen and engage high‑quality candidates using direct sourcing, job boards, referral networks, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in Workday and deliver regular hiring updates.
• Support talent‑pipelining initiatives for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions and contribute to employer branding.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience, either in‑house or at a recruitment consultancy.
• Experience supporting regional or multi‑country hiring, preferably across the Middle East.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data and reporting.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Based in Riyadh and eligible to work under Saudi Ministry Order No. 132249 (Saudi nationals only).
