ABC Monitoring and Assessment Manager

About the role

The ABC Monitoring and Assessment Manager will lead the bank-wide program to detect, report, and mitigate anti‑bribery, corruption and whistleblowing non‑compliance risks. This role ensures that all monitoring activities, site visits and corrective actions align with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing division policies, systems, processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, SAMA regulations, AML/CTF, KYC, fraud detection and cyber‑security requirements.
• Design, launch and manage the ABC Monitoring and Assessment Program.
• Identify potential weaknesses, recommend controls and oversee corrective action plans.
• Report non‑compliance risks, issue recommendations to improve reporting processes, and protect whistleblower identities.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and manage vendor assessments for fraud‑related vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Saudi bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Full membership of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE); Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in compliance, anti‑bribery, corruption or whistleblowing, preferably within banking.
