Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to engage potential customers, qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. This remote position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects through phone, email and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via outbound calls, email and social media to introduce our products and services.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, interest and fit, and record details in the CRM.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, consultations or demonstrations for sales representatives.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects to minimise no‑shows and nurture leads that are not ready to book.
• Handle basic objections and questions while maintaining a professional tone.
• Update calendars, coordinate times between prospects and sales staff, and meet daily/weekly appointment‑setting targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and common objections to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
