About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative Admin to provide support to customers while handling daily administrative tasks. This entry‑level, fully remote position blends customer service, data entry, account maintenance and document management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate information and resolving routine issues.
• Maintain and update customer records, spreadsheets, trackers and digital folders.
• Create, categorize and manage service tickets, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow‑up.
• Process routine administrative requests, route documents to appropriate teams and handle shared inboxes.
• Upload, label and organize digital documents following established naming conventions.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
