Arabic Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Arabic Teacher to join our startup school in Amaala, Saudi Arabia. You will work with a multilingual student body, delivering high‑quality Arabic instruction to both native and non‑native speakers across a range of ages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for native and non‑native speakers.
• Differentiate instruction within multigrade classes to meet age‑ and grade‑level objectives.
• Align Arabic teaching with Saudi national curriculum requirements while embedding International Baccalaureate (IB) approaches.
• Collaborate closely with homeroom teachers and other staff.
• Contribute flexibly to broader school activities as needs evolve.

Required profile

• Degree in Arabic.
• Native‑level Arabic proficiency; high level of English is highly valued.
• Ability to teach both native and non‑native Arabic speakers.
• Experience or confidence working in multigrade classrooms.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing class structures and student numbers.
• Willingness to take on varied responsibilities in a startup environment.
• Preference for female candidates for early‑years role due to cultural expectations.
