Architect & Business Development Associate

About the role

X-Architects is looking for a Saudi Architect who also drives business development. The role blends creative architectural design with client engagement, market research and strategic partnership activities to support the studio’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to concept design, competitions and creative project development.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and potential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events and industry engagements.
• Translate ideas into compelling visual and narrative presentations.
• Conduct market and design research to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain design excellence while balancing commercial and client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and conceptual thinking.
• Interest or experience in business development, client engagement or strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Confidence in building professional relationships and representing the brand.
• Understanding of regional architecture, culture and contemporary design trends.
