Architect – Fit‑Out (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect – Fit‑Out to lead the design and execution of luxury hotel projects in Riyadh. The role combines creative design, technical detailing, and on‑site coordination to ensure high‑end hospitality spaces are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural fit‑out designs and technical drawings for hospitality projects.
• Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, details, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit and other design tools.
• Coordinate architectural activities with engineering disciplines, consultants and contractors.
• Review drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that fit‑out works follow approved drawings.
• Prepare material submittals, design presentations and project documentation.
• Resolve design‑related issues during construction and support project planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and best practices in hospitality fit‑out.
• Adhere to company quality standards and support HSE and safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in luxury hotel fit‑out projects.
• Proven track record delivering high‑end hospitality fit‑out from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, finishing materials and technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, international standards and construction regulations.
• Experience working in the GCC region is preferred.
