Electrical Site Manager – 380kV Transmission Lines

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead 380kV overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects. You will be responsible for overall electrical construction execution, coordinating with SEC, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on‑time delivery in line with Saudi Electricity Company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical construction activities for 380kV transmission line projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control site execution, manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
• Coordinate with SEC, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with SEC standards, approved drawings, specifications, and project procedures.
• Supervise construction, installation, and all related TL activities, monitoring schedule and implementing corrective actions.
• Review drawings, method statements, ITPs, and technical documents before execution.
• Manage subcontractors to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and construction issues, and prepare progress reports for the Project Manager.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in transmission line projects, including at least 5 years as a Site or Construction Manager.
• Proven experience on 380kV TL projects with SEC approval.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SEC construction standards and TL execution techniques.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
