Architectural Drafter – Riyadh

About the role

Future Connect, a leading real‑estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter to join its Architecture and Design team in Riyadh. You will translate design concepts into precise construction documents for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations and construction details.
• Convert conceptual sketches into accurate technical and construction drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior, landscape and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, clashes and technical issues before issue.
• Produce documentation for authority submissions, tender packages and construction.
• Incorporate design revisions and client/consultant comments.
• Maintain organized drawing registers, revisions and project files.
• Support architects and design managers throughout design development and construction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Drafting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, preferably in real‑estate development or construction.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy and good organisational skills.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (essential)
• Revit (highly preferred)
• BIM coordination
• Architectural detailing and construction drawing production
