About the role

The Site Manager will lead on‑site execution of projects for our market research division, ensuring that all activities meet strategic goals and technical specifications. You will combine team leadership with your electrical background to drive operational excellence and deliver high‑quality research outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily on‑site operations, monitoring timelines, quality standards and safety compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitating meetings and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assess technical requirements using your electrical expertise, guaranteeing optimal performance of equipment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approval and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Valid Iqama residing in Saudi Arabia with a relevant profession listed.
• Strong project coordination, team management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Electrical systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
