Area Manager - Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple specialty coffee stores in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring high‑quality product delivery, driving sales growth, and developing store teams across the designated area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several specialty coffee outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Monitor store performance through visits, audits and data analysis.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Train, mentor and evaluate store managers on management techniques and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and achieve business objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
