Senior Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and performance of multiple CORE Coffee & Roastery outlets in Riyadh. The role is responsible for branch performance, sales, profitability, P&L, cost control, inventory, service and coffee quality, SOP compliance, and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring SOP and service standards are consistently applied.
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability and business growth; analyze KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and operational teams, handling manpower planning, scheduling and employee engagement.
• Maintain consistent coffee quality, preparation standards and product specifications across all branches.
• Control food, beverage, packaging, labor and operational costs; manage inventory, wastage and stock variances.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, monitor feedback and develop initiatives to improve satisfaction.
• Guarantee compliance with food safety, health, safety and municipal regulations through regular inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably specialty coffee or multi‑unit environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches/outlets.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales, labor cost, food cost, inventory and operational KPIs.
• Leadership, communication, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between branches as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with F&B POS/ERP systems.
