Assistant Cluster Director of Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Cluster Director of Finance to support the finance function of Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, a luxury resort cluster in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role provides strategic financial leadership across multiple properties, ensuring accurate reporting, budgetary control and sustainable profitability while upholding the highest standards of hospitality service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations and performance across the resort cluster, analysing variances and implementing corrective actions to meet budget targets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts and analyses to senior leadership.
• Develop, monitor and manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure plans.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards, internal controls, audit requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of finance experience in a hospitality or similar multi‑property environment.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and influence senior management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
