Buggy Host – Luxury Resort Transportation

About the role

The Buggy Host ensures seamless, safe, and personalized transportation for guests across the Fairmont Red Sea resort. You will operate electric buggies, assist with luggage, and act as a knowledgeable ambassador of the resort’s unique environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide smooth transportation between villas, dining venues, and resort facilities, adhering to speed limits and safety protocols.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift inspections of buggies, checking battery levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, delivering a high level of care and professionalism.
• Maintain constant communication with Front Office and Concierge to coordinate timely pickups and drop‑offs.
• Operate electric buggies responsibly, following KSA driving regulations and pedestrian safety guidelines.
• Manage vehicle charging efficiently and report any mechanical issues that could affect energy consumption.
• Uphold Fairmont grooming and conduct standards, ensuring every guest interaction feels bespoke.
• Promote the resort’s sustainability ethos through responsible vehicle use and energy management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years of guest‑facing experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic or additional languages highly desirable.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather and handle heavy luggage.
