Assistant Manager - Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to support the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar in planning and executing dynamic marketing initiatives. The role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance the hotel’s brand presence across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer‑focused industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
