About the role
The Product Manager – Ophthalmology will drive Jamjoom Pharma’s growth in the Saudi Arabian healthcare market. This role is responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring successful commercialization of the ophthalmology portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives.
- Analyze market research, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Support new product launches by creating launch plans, monitoring KPIs, and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage promotional budgets, track ROI, and report utilization to the Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve business goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (required); MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 2 years at Jamjoom Pharma and 2 years of marketing or ophthalmology experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence and market‑research databases such as IQVIA.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, CRM platforms, omnichannel engagement and marketing analytics.
