Assistant Operations Manager – ELV Systems

About the role

Agile Consultants is looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support business development, project execution and service operations across a wide range of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS/Building Automation, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Networking and Fiber Optic.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender documents in line with client requirements.
• Oversee ELV project design, installation, testing, commissioning, technical support and after‑sales service.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and supervise the ELV division team, managing daily operational activities.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation and execution to meet time and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7‑12 years of experience in ELV systems, including 2‑3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in ELV sales, business development, project management and service management.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS/Building Automation, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, Fiber Optic solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and ELV‑related software tools.
